Time to See Yourself
in a Different Light?
For men, life challenges and mental health struggles can take many forms…
Maybe you replay conversations in your head, worrying if you said the wrong thing, or feel stuck in life, and like you’re letting yourself down.
Perhaps your relationships feel strained with arguments that never seem to resolve, a growing sense of distance, or the exhaustion of trying to meet others’ expectations.
You might feel adrift in your career, unsure if you’re on the right path, or just going through the motions.
On the outside, it may seem to others like you have it all together, but inside, you’re feeling lost, angry, or just plain exhausted.
Don’t stay stuck hoping a problem will somehow fix itself.
Facing life challenges can feel daunting.
Your friends and family probably know how to supportively listen. But healing, change, and growth take more than just a compassionate ear.
In rough, unfamiliar terrain it helps to have a trained and experienced guide…
Your Guide:
A Counselor with the Perfect Blend of Education and Experience
Welcome! My name is Mike Garrison.
I wasn't always a therapist. I have held leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies and have successfully owned and sold a small business.
But here's the rest of my story – I know what it's like to wear a mask of success while wrestling with inner turmoil. I've been the guy who looks like he's got it all together on the outside, but inside feels lost, stuck, and disconnected. I've wrestled with my own personal struggles, and I've learned that true growth isn't about being perfect. It's about being real.
Today, I specialize in helping Colorado men heal, change, and grow via individual therapy. (Please know that while I specialize in men's mental health, I welcome clients of any gender identity who feel we'd work well together.)
